What you'll do

• Maintain a visible presence at store entrances, exits, and sales floor
• greet customers
• monitor for safety issues and suspicious behavior
• report theft indicators and shortage trends
• follow external theft response policy
• educate associates on shortage reduction
• observe checkout procedures
• support store safety and loss prevention initiatives
• travel frequently by driving.
