What you'll do

• Lead and oversee weekend nursing operations
• ensure resident care follows individualized plans
• supervise and guide RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• perform assessments and assist with medications, treatments, and documentation as needed
• monitor changes in resident condition and ensure follow-up
• communicate with physicians, families, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary team
• assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
• support compliance with facility policies and regulations.

Why this role
