What you'll do

• Lead product development from concept through production
• turn market, competitor, and athlete insights into concepts and design direction
• create tech packs, bills of materials, and cost breakdowns
• select materials and hardware
• manage sampling, fit sessions, timelines, and production handoff
• coordinate with sourcing, creative, marketing, merchandising, costing, and product teams
• negotiate costs, minimum order quantities, and timelines with overseas factories.
