Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Respond to prospective tenant inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms
• track leads and follow up in AppFolio
• qualify prospects and match them with available properties
• coordinate property tours or virtual leasing support
• process applications, screening, verification, and lease documents in AppFolio
• prepare and distribute lease agreements.
