Design-Build Construction Sales

Job overview

The Design-Build Construction Sales role is onsite, based at Premier Service’s Oak Brook, IL or West Chicago, IL location, with regular travel to client sites across the service area. Base salary is $80,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission on personally generated gross margin dollars. The role supports Premier Service’s design-build sales department as it expands sales capacity. This hands-on, quota-carrying position generates landscape design-build work across high-end residential, golf course, and commercial markets. The salesperson consults with clients, develops design concepts and proposals, manages a pipeline, and coordinates project handoffs to support profitable work and a strong client experience.

What you'll do

• Source, consult on, design-concept, and close landscape design-build sales
• conduct onsite client consultations
• develop estimates and proposals
• manage a sales pipeline in Aspire
• meet annual sales goals
• build referral relationships
• participate in pipeline reviews and coaching
• hand off sold projects to project management and field teams and remain available through early execution.
