The Ready Mix Driver role is onsite in Midland, TX. Compensation is $27–$30 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections under DOT regulations
• fill the truck’s water tank
• load concrete mix and ticketed products
• select direct routes and deliver on time
• safely maneuver at job sites and meet slump specifications
• add ingredients as needed
• position and clean discharge chutes
• complete paperwork and collect money if necessary
• wash the truck
• communicate with dispatch by radio and status system
• call daily for start time.
