What you'll do

• Engage customers and provide hospitality and customer service

• execute store training and guest experience strategies
• restock and support back-of-house operations
• maintain store presentation
• assist with receiving and placing products
• support POS procedures, tills, returns, exchanges, gift cards, and discounts
• open and close the store following procedures
• resolve customer issues and communicate feedback to leadership.
