What you'll do

• Coordinate cleaning of loaner vehicles with the Rental Car Manager
• check vehicles in for damage and fuel usage before customers leave the service center
• verify required documentation, including driver’s license and proof of insurance
• escort customers to vehicles, review existing damage and fuel levels, and obtain signatures
• inspect returned vehicles, review new damage and fuel levels, obtain return signatures, and collect applicable deductible or damage payments
• assist the Rental Car Manager as required.
