Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk

The Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk role is onsite in Denver, CO, five days a week, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Compensation is $24.97 per hour. The role supports inventory control and reporting, including finished goods, packaging, and ingredients. The position exists to maintain accurate physical and system inventory records and identify discrepancies. It contributes to inventory reconciliation and operational reporting, with occasional Saturday work, sporadic Sundays during Month End Federal Order Inventory, possible early starts after training, and overtime as needed.

What you'll do

• Conduct physical counts of finished goods, packaging, and ingredients
• reconcile counts with system records
• investigate, document, and report discrepancies
• complete cycle-count documentation
• prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• monitor production, negative, and cycle-count history reports
• maintain inventory records and update System M3
• reconcile physical and financial inventories
• review completed sales orders
• assist front-office staff
• welcome visitors and enforce GMP policies before plant entry.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of cycle-counting or inventory-management experience.
