The Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician role is onsite in Panama City Beach, FL, five days per week; compensation is not specified. The technician maintains the base’s air conditioning and refrigeration units through repairs, troubleshooting, and inspections. Independent work and cross-sectional support for general mechanical maintenance help sustain program operations.

What you'll do

• Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and inspect air conditioning and refrigeration units
• provide cross-sectional support to general mechanical maintenance staff as needed
• perform routine work with limited supervision
• apply industry knowledge and standard procedures
• install, assemble, and configure mechanical or refrigeration systems
• use diagnostic tools to identify and fix issues.
