• Assist with planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating nursing department policies and operations
• participate in resident assessments and care plans
• supervise and mentor LPNs, RNs, and CNAs
• monitor care quality and implement corrective actions
• maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• participate in budgeting and cost containment
• collaborate with other departments
• participate in quality assurance and performance improvement.
