Enterprise Project Management Manager

The Enterprise Project Management Manager role is onsite in Fort Belvoir, VA four days per week. Compensation is $117,000–$124,000 per month. The role supports the SarelaTech Department of War program’s project management operations, a growing program with a stated value of more than $260 million. This manager leads the project portfolio and project managers to deliver complex cross-functional work, meet milestones, and improve program processes. The role connects project planning, analysis, and execution with operational and business objectives, supporting informed leadership decisions and mission impact.

What you'll do

• Lead complex cross-functional projects from scope assessment and schedule definition through execution
• develop project plans and Agile frameworks
• lead project managers and Scrum Masters
• coordinate program reviews and present solutions and results
• manage milestones, risks, dependencies, status reporting, and project manager allocation
• coordinate project and resource priorities with the customer and Leidos leadership
• identify and implement process improvements
• mentor junior team members.
