What you'll do

• Submit claims to manufacturers or distributors
• inspect repair orders for accuracy and eligibility
• monitor open claims and follow up on rejections or unpaid claims
• correct and resubmit denied or chargeback claims
• generate updates on aging schedules and financial recoveries
• verify labor operations, failure codes, part numbers, and warranty coverage
• process third-party warranty claims.
