Community Organizer

What you'll do

• Recruit, train, mentor, and mobilize volunteers and community leaders
• maintain volunteer networks through outreach, voter engagement, leadership development, and events
• build relationships with community members and coalition partners
• represent the organization at meetings and public forums
• develop organizing plans
• support advocacy campaigns, rapid-response actions, rallies, lobby days, legislative activities, voter education, phone banks, canvassing, and electoral coalitions
• maintain volunteer and program data
• collaborate on digital organizing and social media
• complete reporting and administrative tasks.
