What you'll do

• Maintain the apartment community and support day-to-day property maintenance
• diagnose service problems and repair or replace parts
• prepare units for move-in
• perform preventive maintenance on HVAC units and other equipment
• complete plumbing, general repairs, grounds maintenance, and carpentry
• maintain gated entrances, security equipment, trash compactor, and pool service.
