Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor — San Milan and San Portales

The role oversees inspections, repairs, apartment turns, vendors, safety, records, training, and capital projects across both properties.

What you'll do

• Lead Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers
• perform and oversee maintenance and repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, flooring, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exterior structures
• manage apartment inventory and make-ready turns
• schedule contractors and vendors
• inspect and correct safety hazards
• share rotating on-call duty and respond onsite after hours when needed
• complete service reports and maintenance records
• train and mentor technicians
• maintain resident service
• oversee capital projects, bidding, and execution.
