What you'll do

• Review proposals, plans, and specifications
• establish project work plans, schedules, staffing, and resource allocations
• coordinate project staff and subcontractors
• monitor progress against budget and schedule
• negotiate with owners and subcontractors
• coordinate billings with Finance
• prepare and review project reports
• coordinate with regulatory agencies
• supervise project assistants
• support proposal writing, mentoring, business development, and client relations
• assist the Safety Department with corporate safety policies.
