What you'll do

• Manage daily manufacturing workflow and production goals
• lead safety improvements and maintain standard work
• improve efficiency and margins through cost, labor, and expense management
• collaborate with procurement on cost, quality, inventory, and delivery
• coach and develop the operations team
• ensure environmental and safety compliance
• oversee the Quality Management System and maintenance program
• resolve production and quality issues
• lead continuous improvement.
