The Registered Nurse (RN) — Clinical Nurse Supervisor role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, with compensation of $85,000–$95,000 per year. The RN manages and supervises tenant care at an assisted living residence, supporting care guided by Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, the Tenants’ Bill of Rights, and the campus Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement program. Monarch Healthcare Management’s mission is to improve delivery of short-term rehabilitation and long-term care while putting residents and families first. The RN assesses tenants’ baseline health, develops individualized plans of care, and oversees nursing personnel to support tenant safety and the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. The role also uses assessment and data analysis to guide care and supervises staff by clarifying expectations and addressing performance or conduct concerns.

What you'll do

• Manage and supervise tenant care
• conduct comprehensive assessments and establish baseline health status
• create detailed plans of care reflecting individual needs and preferences
• oversee practical nurses, CNAs, and nursing personnel by assessing capabilities, clarifying expectations, and addressing behaviors
• support tenant safety and well-being in accordance with applicable standards and the campus QAPI program.
