What you'll do

• Review civil plans, specifications, and bid documents
• perform earthwork and site development takeoffs using AGTEK
• estimate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and production costs
• solicit and review vendor pricing
• identify scope gaps and project constraints
• prepare bid proposals and supporting documentation
• maintain bid files and coordinate with estimating, preconstruction, operations, and field teams.
