Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and develop Operations Coordinators
• own escalations involving warranty replacements and returns, support renewals and cases, new business orders, inventory and warehouse, supply chain issues, and third-party license tracking
• partner with internal departments and vendors
• maintain product data integrity across business systems
• manage manufacturer, OEM, and vendor relationships
• run technology alliance programs
• build processes and documentation for product launches and end-of-life transitions
• coordinate pre-sales requests, proofs of concept, hardware trials, demos, and deployment activities.
