What you'll do

• Lead and advise contract specialists and contracting officers
• plan and lead negotiations
• advise program offices on acquisition issues and strategic planning
• review major acquisitions and recommend corrective actions
• oversee budget, finance, accounting, and expenditure compliance
• develop contracting procedures and policies
• plan procurements
• evaluate competing proposals and contractual terms.
