What you'll do
- Performs periodic quality assurance
- performs cytology related support functions such as accessioning and processing of specimens
- screens and evaluates non-gynecological cytology specimens
- assists with fine needle aspiration (FNA) procedures
- performs Rapid on-site evaluation (ROSE)
- maintains cytology slide files
- ensures compliance with CAP, CLIA, and institutional regulations.
