What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• support safe transfers and ambulation
• assist during meals and encourage nutrition and hydration
• observe and report physical or emotional changes
• build relationships with residents and families
• maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment
• collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.
