What you'll do

• Collaborate with Lead and Assistant Teachers on lesson plans and activities
• provide flexible classroom support
• prepare classroom materials and learning centers
• supervise and engage children indoors and outdoors
• provide personalized attention and foster inclusion
• communicate with families about children’s progress
• maintain clean classrooms in line with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• assist with daily care routines.
