What you'll do

• Provide a safe, nurturing environment
• plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
• follow feeding, diapering, napping, and play routines
• actively supervise children
• build positive relationships
• observe and document developmental progress
• communicate with parents
• maintain a clean and sanitized classroom
• follow licensing rules and center policies
• prepare bottles, meals, and snacks
• participate in meetings and training
• support transitions and outdoor play.
