The Front Office Associate — Surgical role is onsite and floats between PACT MSO surgical office locations in Hamden and Ansonia, CT. Compensation is $21–$23 per hour. What you'll do

• Greet patients, visitors, and vendors
• register and check in patients
• schedule and confirm appointments
• check patients out and process payments
• scan and index documents in the EHR
• review provider orders for completeness
• support test and procedure preparations
• answer and route calls
• document messages
• collect required patient information and documents
• manage phone-system transfers to and from the answering service and resolve non-urgent after-hours messages.
