What you'll do

• Serve museum visitors and create a welcoming environment
• communicate with guests to encourage exploration and purchases
• operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
• restock, organize, and merchandise displays
• manage store guest capacity and orient groups
• assist with inventory, stockroom organization, cleanliness, and maintenance
• collaborate with Museum Retail Associates, Box Office, Special Exhibits, and Guest Services staff.
