Residential Service Technician

Job overview

The Residential Service Technician role is onsite in Mars, PA, with pay of $25–$35 per hour plus SPIFFs. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with an on-call rotation. The role supports Pelles Heating & Cooling Services’ mission to create comfortable spaces through heating and cooling services. The technician responds to homeowners’ heating and air-conditioning problems, inspects systems, diagnoses issues, and discusses repairs, maintenance, or installation work with customers. After customer approval, the technician performs agreed services and leads installation projects to support reliable, efficient equipment operation.

• Inspect residential heating and air-conditioning systems
• diagnose problems and communicate repair, maintenance, or installation recommendations
• perform approved services
• lead installation projects and complete work safely and to quality standards
• participate in the on-call rotation.
