SEC Reporting Support

Job overview

SEC Reporting Support is an onsite role in Cleveland, OH for the first week, followed by limited onsite support anticipated at about two days every other week during January and February. Compensation is not specified; the engagement is expected to run through the early-March 10-K filing. The consultant will work with a financial services client’s SEC Reporting Manager and two staff accountants.

What you'll do

• Lead the hands-on 10-K production cycle in Workiva/Wdesk, including document setup, review, XBRL coordination, and filing
• manage Wdata connections, queries, mapping, integrations, and data flows
• support SEC reporting and SOX controls
• identify and escalate accounting and reporting issues
• coordinate with the SEC Reporting Manager and staff accountants
• and provide Workiva/Wdesk guidance and training.
