Collections Coordinator

What you'll do

• Create client master accounts in the hotel property management system
• review group sales and catering contracts for financial terms and payment schedules
• invoice and collect advance deposits and meeting and event receivables
• apply credit card payments
• research disputes and resolve billing discrepancies
• maintain accounts receivable aging
• provide collection updates and cash flow reporting
• lead monthly receivables meetings with hotel leaders
• support continuous improvement initiatives.
