What you'll do

• Handle commercial Chapter 11 proceedings, including pleadings, motions, objections, discovery, and court appearances
• represent parties in restructuring and insolvency matters
• work on out-of-court workouts, restructurings, forbearance arrangements, and loan modifications
• support distressed acquisitions and dispositions, including Section 363 and Article 9 sales
• handle debtor-in-possession financing and cash collateral matters
• analyze loan and perfection documents
• work on enforcement litigation, adversary proceedings, receiverships, real estate workouts, foreclosures, and cross-border matters including Chapter 15 proceedings.
