What you'll do

• offer companionship and emotional support
• accompany clients to appointments, errands, or activities as needed
• observe and report changes in condition or behavior
• follow individualized care plans and document services
• maintain a safe, clean environment
• communicate with clients, families, supervisors, and care-team members.
