What you'll do

• Oversee the HR Generalist and HR Administrative Assistant
• manage recruiting, interviews, offers, onboarding, and staffing-agency relationships
• coordinate plant staffing needs with production management
• maintain salary, job description, and job evaluation documentation
• assist with reviews, corrective actions, and conflict resolution
• administer benefits
• advise on policies and procedures
• maintain employee records and Paychex profiles
• manage drug testing, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims
• maintain employee recognition programs
• oversee social media accounts and website content.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or a related field, or five years of experience, is required; equivalent combinations of experience and training are considered. Paychex and applicant-tracking software experience are noted, with HireTech and CATS preferred.
