What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• assess signs and symptoms of physiologic and psychosocial changes
• collect and interpret information from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses
• document care plans, expected outcomes, and interventions
• perform interventions according to priorities and care plans
• revise care plans based on evaluations and changes in the medical plan
• use clinical judgment to establish priorities and meet patient care needs.
