What you'll do

• Lead front- and back-of-house shifts
• maintain food safety and health regulation compliance
• prepare shift recaps
• support onboarding, training, and coaching
• model hospitality and resolve guest complaints
• assist with inventory and waste reduction
• check equipment and facilities
• support menu launches and operational rollouts
• implement standards and bring improvement ideas to the general manager.
