What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of department jobs
• coordinate new-hire training and cross-training
• serve as the first point of contact for department Team Members
• lead start-of-shift meetings and communicate SQDC expectations
• plan assignments and priorities
• improve work instructions
• investigate nonconformances and process issues and develop countermeasures
• manage floor performance reporting
• support safety, quality, and continuous-improvement activities
• assist production as needed.
