What you'll do

• Manage loans from foreclosure sale through resolution
• review sale results and update systems
• coordinate property inspections, securing, winterization, repairs, and maintenance
• review vendor reports, photos, and invoices
• coordinate deed recording and title transfer
• submit and track claims
• review expenses and reimbursement eligibility
• monitor post-sale timelines
• coordinate with internal teams and field vendors
• identify property risks and compliance concerns
• maintain accurate servicing documentation
• respond to audits and inquiries.
