The associate will join a nationally recognized law firm's Employment and Labor practice and work with corporate clients on counseling, litigation, and transaction-related matters.

What you'll do

• Provide ongoing employment-law counseling
• advise employers on workplace policies, practices, and applicable laws
• assist with compliance and risk management
• support employment litigation through research, drafting, and dispute resolution
• advise on employment issues in mergers and acquisitions
• collaborate with corporate attorneys and other practice groups
• draft and review employment agreements, policies, and related legal documents
• maintain client relationships and provide practical legal advice.
