What you'll do

• Assist with planned activities based on residents’ assessments and care plans
• conduct or assist with individual, group, and bedside activities
• work with staff and other disciplines to support resident participation
• maintain records and documentation
• follow residents’ rights, safety, infection-control, isolation, fire, and sanitation procedures
• report hazards and incidents.
