What you'll do

• Handle general apartment maintenance tickets
• assist with unit turnovers
• perform appliance troubleshooting, light plumbing, drywall, painting, and related maintenance
• understand and oversee contractor work
• work independently and as part of a team
• participate in the after-hours on-call rotation and work weekends as required.
