The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Family Health Center role is an onsite, full-time position in Fall River, MA. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour. The CNA supports patients and the interdisciplinary healthcare team within the Family Health Center. Under licensed nursing staff supervision, the CNA assists with patient flow, rooming, vital signs, approved testing, specimen collection, and basic patient care. The role supports safe, coordinated clinic operations by following established procedures, maintaining infection prevention and documentation standards, and escalating matters requiring clinical judgment to licensed staff.

What you'll do

• Assist with patient flow, rooming, measurements, vital signs, medication and allergy reconciliation, and clinical care guideline updates
• assist providers and nursing staff with examinations and procedures
• collect and process specimens and perform approved CLIA-waived tests
• perform EKGs for licensed staff review
• complete approved screening forms and escalate concerns
• assist with minor wound care under clinical direction
• enter clinical information in the EHR and schedule appointments
• stock rooms and monitor supplies
• complete reports
• dispose of biohazardous waste
• clean and disinfect clinical areas and equipment
• follow infection-prevention procedures
• maintain BLS/CPR certification
• travel among three Health Center locations as staffing needs require
• work one evening shift weekly until 6:00 or 6:30 p.m. and provide evening coverage as needed.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 40 hours, with rotating shifts of 8–4, 8:30–4:30, 9–5, and 10 a.m.–6 p.m.; travel between three Health Center locations; one evening shift weekly and additional evening coverage as needed.
