The role contributes to resident safety, dignity, and well-being through direct nursing care, staff leadership, documentation, and compliance with nursing standards and resident rights.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive resident health assessments and create individualized care plans
• oversee nursing interventions and evaluate outcomes
• provide RN-specific care including IV administration and PICC line care
• educate residents
• document care and medications
• maintain safety, infection control, HIPAA, and resident-rights standards
• supervise and support nursing staff, manage staffing and incidents, and participate in emergency procedures.
