Experienced Assistant Property Manager

The Experienced Assistant Property Manager role is onsite in Branson, MO. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. Lynco Properties’ assistant property manager supports property operations and interactions with renters. The role helps manage tenant processes, property upkeep, marketing, and financial administration. By addressing tenant needs and maintaining records, budgets, and property conditions, the assistant supports the property manager and day-to-day operations.

What you'll do

• Process rent payments and tenant applications
• assist with late payments and eviction issues
• give property tours
• conduct credit checks and reference calls
• distribute and collect leases
• resolve tenant questions and complaints
• create marketing materials
• inspect properties and prepare vacant units
• attend to repairs and maintenance
• assist with hiring grounds staff
• manage budgets, accounts, records, and files
• and respond to emergency maintenance or safety calls. Travel to various property sites is required.
