What you'll do

• Greet visitors and provide directions and information about holiday events, attractions, and amenities
• operate the Guest Services Kiosk and process transactions if applicable
• serve as a Holiday Train Driver
• assist with Santa’s Sleigh photos and line management
• maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization
• support holiday programming and communicate guest feedback or operational concerns.
