What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day clinical services with support from the Assistant Director of Wellness and Resident Care Coordinator
• lead, coach, and mentor direct care staff and clinical leaders
• support training and education
• plan schedules and assign duties
• review clinical documentation
• participate in pre-admission screening and resident evaluations
• monitor changes in resident condition
• coordinate continuity of care
• support resident care meetings, incident reporting, and quality improvement.
