What you'll do

• Operate dishwashing equipment
• clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools
• maintain kitchen floors, bins, and food preparation surfaces
• check and record wash and rinse temperatures
• sort, stack, and restock clean equipment
• clean the dish machine and related areas
• remove trash and cardboard
• monitor equipment and supply issues
• follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.
