What you'll do

• review resident census and production information to determine quantities
• follow safe food-handling guidelines
• assist with food ordering, storage, and preparation as assigned
• prepare modified-consistency and diet foods
• monitor and record food temperatures
• clean equipment and work areas
• meet meal schedules.
