What you'll do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Intelligent Automation Team solutions
• assist sales with prospective customer evaluation, account strategy, and sales calls when required
• gather requirements and prepare specifications and quotes
• design and implement software and hardware solutions
• develop statements of work and implementation plans
• coordinate third-party resources as needed
• support handoffs to installing analysts
• follow up with customers
• provide technical support for RFP/RFI processes
• recommend and support process improvements and new solutions.
