The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is an onsite position in Charlotte, NC, paying $25–$30 per hour. The role supports participation and engagement by coordinating promotions, maintaining a communications calendar, producing welcoming content, and recommending practical improvements based on audience results.

What you'll do

• Create, format, schedule, and send congregational emails and targeted outreach
• maintain email lists and audience segments
• plan and publish social posts, stories, and short videos
• capture and edit photos and videos
• design marketing materials
• produce the quarterly Kol Yisrael newsletter and prepare monthly advertisements
• update website content and maintain a shared communications calendar
• coordinate promotions with staff, clergy, committees, and auxiliary groups
• review available engagement results and recommend improvements.
